Technician I Minimum/General Experience: One year of overall experience which applies to working knowledge of computers use and office applications. High school diploma or equivalent. Responsibilities: Provide computer support.

Technician II Minimum/General Experience: Two years of overall experience which applies to working knowledge of computer use and office applications. High school diploma or equivalent. Responsibilities: Provide computer support.

Technician III Minimum/General Experience: One year of overall experience which applies to working knowledge of computer hardware and software, expertise with one or more state-of-the-art software products, and exposure to computer systems and communications. Two years of college education or equivalent combination of industry experience, certification, training and education. Responsibilities: Provides computer hardware/software support.

Technician IV Minimum/General Experience: Two years of overall experience with working knowledge of computer hardware and software, expertise with two or more state-of-the-art software products, experience with systems support, Local Area Networks, or computer communications. Two years of college education or equivalent combination of industry experience, certification, training and education. Responsibilities: Provides computer hardware/software support.

Senior Systems Engineer I Minimum/General Experience: Four years overall experience with working knowledge of computer hardware and software, performing hardware and software analysis, knowledge of technical analysis and complex problem solving, expertise with three or more state-of-the-art software products, experience with systems support, Local Area Networks, and computer communications, with minimum of one year in a leadership or supervisory capacity. Master's degree or equivalent combination of industry experience, certification, training and education. Responsibilities: Provides network, communication and connectivity and leadership.

Network/Communications Analyst Minimum/General Experience: Four years of overall experience with understanding of computer hardware and software and systems design, development or integration, exposure to systems support, systems integration or application development, experienced in computer communications and connectivity projects. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of industry experience, certification, training and education. Responsibilities: Provides computer communications and connectivity support.

Project Manager Minimum/General Experience: Four years overall experience with understanding of computer hardware and software and systems design, development or integration, exposure to systems support, systems integration or application development, minimum of two years in a leadership, supervisory or management capacity. Master's degree or equivalent combination of industry experience, certification, training and education. Responsibilities: Provides technical management of projects and personnel.

Communications Engineer Minimum/General Experience: Five years of overall experience with minimum two years in providing communications support in integration of various platforms such as Local and Wide Area Networks (LAN/WAN), mainframes and midrange computers. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of industry experience, certification, training and education. Responsibilities: Provides technical support in connection with communications and connectivity among various platforms.

Systems Programmer Minimum/General Experience: Five years of overall experience with minimum two years in performing operating systems and systems software installation, configuration, testing and migration in mainframe and/or midrange environment. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of industry experience, certification, training and education. Responsibilities: Provides programming support for mainframe/midrange based systems.

Applications Programmer Minimum/General Experience: Five years of overall experience with minimum three years of programming in legacy systems using mainframe and/or midrange based computer languages. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of industry experience, certification, training and education. Responsibilities: Provides programming support for mainframe/midrange based applications.

Research/Administrative Support Minimum/General Experience: One year of overall experience with working knowledge of computer desktop software, experience with one or more research, reporting and document processing tools, experience in technical research, reporting and documentation. Two years of college education or equivalent combination of industry experience, certification, training and education. Responsibilities: Provides administrative and research support for projects.

Technical Writer I Minimum/General Experience: Two years of overall experience in development, editing and production of technical documentation for automated systems. Two years of college education or equivalent combination of industry experience, certification, training and education. Responsibilities: Gather, analyze and compare technical information.

Technical Writer II Minimum/General Experience: Four years of overall experience in development, editing and production of technical documentation for automated systems. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of industry experience, certification, training and education. Responsibilities: Gather, analyze and compare technical information. Ensure compliance with standards and overall structure and organization of material.

Computer Programmer I Minimum/General Experience: One year of overall experience with working knowledge of computer hardware and software, expertise with two or more state-of-the-art software products, exposure to computer programming. Two years of college education or equivalent combination of industry experience, certification, training and education. Responsibilities: Provides fundamental development support.

Computer Programmer II Minimum/General Experience: Two years of overall experience with working knowledge of computer hardware and software, expertise with two or more state-of-the-art software products, experience with computer programming and applications development. Two years of college education or equivalent combination of industry experience, certification, training and education. Responsibilities: Provides fundamental development support.

Computer Programmer III Minimum/General Experience: Two years of overall experience with working knowledge of computer hardware and software, expertise with two or more state-of-the-art software products, experience with system design, application development and computer programming. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of industry experience, certification, training and education. Responsibilities: Provides computer programming and support.

Master's degree or equivalent combination of industry experience, certification, training and education. Responsibilities: Provides advanced development support.

Senior Programmer/Analyst III Minimum/General Experience: Seven years of overall experience with working knowledge of computer hardware and software and performing software analysis and software integration, knowledge of technical analysis and complex problem solving, experience and expertise with system design, application development and computer programming using one or more of the advanced leading edge development tools. Master's degree or equivalent combination of industry experience, certification, training and education. Responsibilities: Provides advanced development support.

Senior Programmer/Analyst IV Minimum/General Experience: Seven years of overall experience w/working knowledge of computer hardware & software, performing requirements analysis, software analysis & software integration, knowledge of technical analysis & complex problem solving, experience & expertise w/system design, application development & computer programming using one or more of the advanced leading edge development tools, knowledge & working experience w/specialized, advanced technological development tools, one year leadership/management experience in the development and implementation of complex technical systems. Master's degree or equivalent combination of industry experience, certification, training and education. Responsibilities: Provides specialized complex software development support.

Senior Analyst/Team Leader Minimum/General Experience: Eight years of overall experience with working knowledge of computer hardware and software and performing requirements analysis, software analysis, and software integration, knowledge of technical analysis and complex problem solving, experience and expertise with system design, application development and computer programming using one or more of the advanced leading edge development tools, knowledge & working experience w/specialized, advanced technological development tools, experience using architectures & technologies to deliver a successful business solution, one year leadership/management experience in the development and implementation of technical systems. Master's degree or equivalent combination of industry experience, certification, training & education. Responsibilities: Provides support for the development of complex, specialized development projects.

Senior Analyst/Task Manager Minimum/General Experience: Eight years of overall experience with working knowledge of computer hardware and software and performing software analysis, knowledge of technical analysis and complex problem solving, system design, application development and computer programming using one or more of the advanced leading edge development tools, understanding of specialized, advanced technological development tools, two years leadership/ management experience in the development and implementation of complex specialized technical systems. Master's degree or equivalent combination of industry experience, certification, training and education. Responsibilities: Provides support for the development of complex, specialized development projects.

Business Analyst Minimum/General Experience: Seven years of overall experience in Information Technology or related fields, with at least four years in business analysis, business process re-engineering, requirements analysis, business consulting, resource management and planning, or configuration management. Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of industry experience, certification, and education in Information Technology or Similar disciplines. Responsibilities: Provide support in one or more of the areas of Business Analysis, Business Process Re-Engineering , Functional Analysis, or Enterprise Resource Management.

Information Engineer Minimum/General Experience: Four years of overall experience in Information Technology or related fields, with at least two years in information and data engineering and analysis. Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of industry experience, certification, and education in Information Technology or Similar disciplines. Responsibilities: Provide support in the areas of business research, evaluation, analysis, compilation, and reporting of information and data.

Project Manager II Minimum/General Experience: Six years of overall experience in Information Technology or related fields, with at least three years in management of projects. Masters Degree or equivalent combination of industry experience, certification, and education in Information Technology or Similar disciplines. Responsibilities: Provide project management support in the areas of systems integration, software development, system administration, networking and communication, business consulting, training, or customer support.

Task Manager Minimum/General Experience: Four years of overall experience in Information Technology or related fields, with at least two year in a leadership, supervisory, or management capacity. Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of industry experience, certification, and education in Information Technology or Similar disciplines. Responsibilities: Provide leadership in support of task in the areas of systems integration, software development, system administration, networking and communication, business consulting, training, or customer support.

Data/Information Analyst Minimum/General Experience: Six years of overall experience in Information Technology or related fields, with at least three years in data and information analysis. Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of industry experience, certification, and education in Information Technology or Similar disciplines. Responsibilities: Provide support in the areas of data analysis and information/systems support; provide support for data warehousing, decision support systems, executive information management; and database development, management, administration, and support, and data cleanup.

Data Architect Minimum/General Experience: Eight years of overall experience in Information Technology or related fields, with at least four years in data architecture, data integration, or data warehousing. Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of industry experience, certification, and education in Information Technology or Similar disciplines. Responsibilities: Provide support for data integration, data architecture, data warehousing, data mining, or data repository efforts; provide support in the areas of data analysis, data modeling, data administration, and information/systems support; provide support for data warehousing, and database development, management, administration, and support.

Information System / Security Analyst I Minimum/General Experience: Six years of overall experience in Information Technology or related fields, with at least two years in information security, data security, or network security. Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of industry experience, certification, and education in Information Technology or Similar disciplines. Responsibilities: Provide support for security efforts related to data security, network security, internet security, information security, authentication, or firewalls.

Information System / Security Analyst II Minimum/General Experience: Eight years of overall experience in Information Technology or related fields, with at least four years in information security, data security, or network security. Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of industry experience, certification, and education in Information Technology or Similar disciplines. Responsibilities: Provide support for security efforts related to data security, network security, internet security, information security, authentication, or firewalls; develop security; and lead security related efforts.

Trainer / Technical Assistant I Minimum/General Experience: Three years of overall experience with knowledge of computer hardware and software, with at least one year in technical or business training or technical assistance. Two years of college education or equivalent combination of industry experience, certification, and education in Information Technology or Similar disciplines. Responsibilities: Provide training and/or technical assistance in support of technical projects or business solutions; provide user training; provide documentation support; assist senior technicians with technical projects.

Trainer / Technical Assistant II Minimum/General Experience: Five years of overall experience in Information Technology or related fields, with at least two years in technical or business training or technical assistance. Two years of college education or equivalent combination of industry experience, certification, and education in Information Technology or Similar disciplines. Responsibilities: Provide training and/or technical assistance in support of technical projects or business solutions; develop training material and provide user training; provide documentation support; assist senior technicians and project managers with technical projects.

Trainer / Technical Assistant III Minimum/General Experience: Five years of overall experience in Information Technology or related fields, with at least three years in technical or business training or technical assistance. Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of industry experience, certification, and education in Information Technology or Similar disciplines. Responsibilities: Provide training and/or technical assistance in support of technical projects or business solutions; develop training material, design training classes and curriculums, and provide user training; provide documentation support; assist senior technicians and project managers with complex technical projects, quality control, and project planning and tracking.

Masters Degree or equivalent combination of industry experience, certification, and education in Information Technology or Similar disciplines. Responsibilities: Provide management support in multiple areas that include systems integration, software development, system administration, networking and communication, business consulting, or customer support; provides advances technical and business skills in overseeing multifaceted projects.

Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of industry experience, certification, and education in Information Technology or Similar disciplines. Responsibilities: Provide support in the areas of document management, records management, archival of records and documents, or tracking and maintaining data bases for records and data.

Document/Records Management Support II Minimum/General Experience: Five years of overall experience in Information Technology or related fields, with at least two years in Document Management or Records Management. Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of industry experience, certification, and education in Information Technology or Similar disciplines. Responsibilities: Provide support in the areas of document management, records management, archival of records and documents, or tracking and maintaining data bases for records and data; provide planning and implementation support for records or document management tasks.

Program Administrator Support Minimum/General Experience: Four years of overall experience, with at least two years in administration and program support. Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of industry experience, certification, and education in Information Technology or Similar disciplines. Responsibilities: Provide program administration support to project/program management and the senior technical and analytical staff; Provide project tracking, documentation, and project reporting support.

Systems Integration Architect Minimum/General Experience: Eight years of overall experience in Information Technology pr related fields, with at least four years in systems integration and system/development architect. Masters Degree or equivalent combination of industry experience, certification, and education in Information Technology or Similar disciplines. Responsibilities: Provide support for integration, architecture, design, planning, and implementation of complex systems and applications; conduct product evaluation, testing, recommendation, and implementation.

Configuration Management / Quality Assurance Specialist Minimum/General Experience: Four years of overall experience in Information Technology, business, related fields, with at least two years in configuration management or quality assurance. Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of industry experience, certification, and education in Information Technology or Similar disciplines. Responsibilities: Provide Configuration Management support for project implementation, tracking, and maintenance; provide configuration management or quality assurance support for product development efforts; provide support for compliance with business and functional requirements and mandates.

Configuration Management / Quality Assurance Manager Minimum/General Experience: Eight years of overall experience in Information Technology, business, related fields, with at least three years in configuration management, quality assurance, or project management. Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of industry experience, certification, and education in Information Technology or Similar disciplines. Responsibilities: Manage Configuration Management efforts for project implementation, tracking, and maintenance; provide configuration management or quality assurance support for product development efforts; provide management for compliance with business and functional requirements and mandates; provide quality assurance and quality control .
